About Elska Perth (Australia):

Our seventeenth Elska issue in our seventeenth city, this is out first to head Down Under, meaning we've now put Elska's footprint on every inhabited continent. We chose Perth for the honour of our first Aussie issue, the most isolated big city in the world, and also a bit of an underdrog city.

Inside these 176 pages, which makes this our biggest issue ever, you'll meet seventeen local men, photographed in their homes and in their neighbourhoods, giving an honest and intimate glimpse into the lives of these local gay men. They're shown dressed in their own style, or sometimes not dressed at all, and they are always presented as they are without airbrushing, revealing different types of natural beauty.

Each of the men also wrote a personal story to accompany their photospreads, making your reading experience even more intimate. Topics are varied, but they include Owey S's depiction of an afternoon at a nude beach; Joel K's story of his own heartlessness after a love gone sour; Jordan G's text about the trials of dating as a trans man; Nathan T's lament about struggling to lay in his now empty bed after a break-up; Matthew K's tale of trying to tackle his social awkwardness by going out to a drag show; Pär-Johan G-R's musings about differences between Australia and his native Sweden; and Aaron A's piece about moving on after suffering a stroke.
